Snow Day

Snow Day!
Today, since school was out, Madison and I walked around downtown for hours.... it was such great fun. At the Crowne, I bought these gorgeous recycled dancing girl earrings handmade by recycled materials in Kenya... LOVE
And then at La Creme, I found my new favorite drink... Chai tea. Did I mention they had the best peanut butter cookies on the Earth?
For lunch, I met up with my dad and dined at Colby's. Patti's was another stop of mine, but I failed to purchase anything except a pillow for the housboat.... *tear tear*
I found all sorts of other interesting shops and have decided to do an article in the school paper advertising the shops. From Colby's I then walked past the blue bridge without permision... I felt so independant. Hey, don't laugh... lol
To my disapointment, I had to be back by 1:45 to babysit... Hey, I got paid $25.... can't beat that...
Even though my day was filled with solid ice, it was fantastic.
